jointly by the Plaintiffs and the Defendants, ETI~L P. KICLITER,
individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Walter Peterson,
deceased, and VIDA PETERSON, widow of Walter Peterson, deceased, for
the entry of a judgment, and it appearing to the Court that the parties
were authorized to enter into such stipulation and consent to the
f entry of a judgment based thereon, and the Court being fully advised in -
