THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on September 13,
1973, upon the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Fifth Amended -
Complaint, Motions to Strike and Motions for More Definite State-
ment, and the Court having heard argument of Counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the Fifth Amended
Comglaint, be and the same is hereby denied, upon the authority of
Margolis vs. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, et al,
' 277 So. 2nd 49;

; 2. The -Defendant's Motion--~o Strike;--be and-the same is

~ hereby denied;
3. The Defefldant's Motion for More Definite Statement, be
and the same is hereby denied;
~ It is further Ordered and Adjudged that the Defendant shall

~ within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order, serve his Answer to
~ the Fifth Amended Complaint.
