statement filed hereby by Rupert Jasen Smith, as provided
in paragraph 4 of the Order entered herein the 22nd day of
August, 1973, that the husband, JOffiJ WILLIAM METZGSR, has
failed to make payments to Rupert Jasen Smith, attorney for the
wife as provided in paragraph 1 of said Order, now therefore
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department
of St. Lucie County, Florida and all arid singular the Sheriffs
of the State of Florida cause the said JOHN WILLIAM METZGER,

! husband herein, to be taken into custody wherever he may be ~
