USE FOR NAVIGATIONAL CAANNEL '

THIS EASEMENT, made this ~~t~ day of September,
1973, between MABLE C. GRINER, a single adult, and NELLIE G.
BICRSLER and HARRIS S. BICKSLER, her husband, Grantors, and
HENRY H. CLAYTON~ whose post office address_.is: Route 1,.
Box 79, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Grantee; 3
WINESSETH: That Grantor in consideration of the

sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, `
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants
~ unto Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns, a perpetual ~
easement for the construction, maintenance, use and operation
of a navigational channel upon, under, over and through that
portion of the Easterly 100 feet of the following described
lands which lie belaw the line of inean high tide:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of ~
the NW 1/4 of Section 21, Tawnship 34 South, ~
Range 40 East, run North 100 feet, thence
run in an Easterly direction North 89 deq.
2 min. East to the bank of the Indian River,
thence run in a Southerly direction meandering
the bank of the Indian River to a point 100 feet
South, thence run West to point of beginning,
said property being a strip of land 100 feet
wide North and South and being bounded on the
~ South by the property of Carl Wittke, toqether f
~ with riparian rights. ~
` By acceptance of this Easement, Grantee covenants that ~

~ the construction, operation, maintenance and use of the navi-
~ gational channel across said land is to be at Grantee's sole

~ expense and will be accomplished in a manner not adversely o~ f

~ affecting the use of Grantor's remaining property. j
