WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-

more particularly described; as amended by ModifTCation of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amendinq the sum secured
by an additionai p~incipal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lahds in Polk Coun~y, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- _
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 255, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and .
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First Nationa]
City Bank to release the property twreinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

does remise, reiease, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
