Premises. Landlord leases to Tensnt, and Tenant hereby accepts and rents flrom Landlord, a one-story building located on North Shinn Road, Fort Pierce, Florida hereinaf'ter collective~jr called "demised premises." TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said demised premises and appurtenances upon the terms and conditions hereinaf'ter set forth. 2. Term. The term of this lease shall be for a period of ten (10) , years beginning on Ju~y l, 1973 and ending on June 30, 1983• 3. Option to ReneW. Tena.nt is hereby granted tWO (2) successive . options to renew and extend the term of this lease for five (5) years h - on each such option, each such extended term to begin respective~y upon t the expiration of the original term of this lease or of the immediate],y f ( preceding e3ctended term; and all of the provisions of this Lease Agree- ~ ment shall apply to each extended term, except Tenant shall not have anyr t ~ ~ further option to renew and extend the term of this lease follawing the € ~ ~ exercise, if aqy, of the last option. Rental.
