GREGORY A. DUN, JR., being all of the last Board of Directors, ~
Stockholders and Officers of GREG-DUN GROVES, INC., a corporation ~
formerly existing under the laws of the State of Florida, but now dis- ~

hereinafter called "Grantors", to W. A. GREGDRY, MANILA A. GREGORY and
WALTER A. DUN, JR., whose post office address is 100 S. Interlachen ~
Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32T89, hereinafter, with their heirs and
assigns, called "Grantees": ~

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of '
the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is ~
hereby acknowledged, by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, all that certain '
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, vix: ~
Lots 4 through 7 inclusive, and Lot 8, less the
West 70 feet thereof for rights of way, MARTIN'S SUB-
DIVISION, located in Section 1, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, together with
all fruit now on citrus trees located on said property.
Subject to restrictions and easements of record,
if any. - ~
Subject to taxes for 1973 and subsequent years.
THE INTEREST OF THE GRANTEES HEREIN SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
AS TO W. A. GREGORY, 40~; AS TO MANILA A. GREGORY, 40~;
AS TO WALTER A. DUN, JR., 209'0
TOGETHER with all the tenaments, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining. ,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantees that
f they are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that they have
~ good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that they a,
; hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same -3~~
! against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land
t is free of all encumbrances. •

~ The purpose of this Corrective Deed is to correct the legal
~ descriptian in the original deed from GREG-DUN GROVES, INC. to the ;
Grantees herein, recorded in Official Records Book 215, page 2587, ;
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said deed containing~the ~
word "and" instead of the word "through" between the numbers "4" and `
"7" therein, the same being a scriviner's error, it having been the ;
~ ;
~ owned by it to the Grantees~herein by said prior Warr~~y Deed. ~

~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors have caused these ~
presents to be executed and their seals affixed hereto the day and year ~
