DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on the 5th day of September,
1973 and the Court having given full considerati:on to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of Husband and Wife naw exists between the parties;
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken

and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

; SEAMAN, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~

~ each of them are hereby forever free from the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ELLA GERTRUDE ~

~ SEAMAN provided, however, upon prior notice to the Wife. In

addition thereto, the Husband shall have the right of visitation ~

~ with the minor children away from the home of the Wife on the ~
~ third weekend of each month from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Sunday

at 6:00 p.m. and for a period of two weeks each year during the
