5. The Husband shall continue and to have in full force and
effect the present insurance program he now has for the benefit
of the minor children above named. •
6. The Husband shall continue and shall maintain the present
or comparable plan of doctor and hospital insurance that he is
now carrying on the minor children above named.
7. The Court determines the sum of Two Hundred Fifty
($250.00j Dollars to be a reasonable amount for the Husband to
pay on the Wife's attorney's fees for his services herein and ,

together with the cos~s herein assessed at Thirty and 50/100
($30.50) Dollars.
8. Neither party shall remove the mi.nor children without
the jurisdiction of this Court without first obfiaining leave
of Court or the written permission from the other party.
