This cause came on for hearing before me on the motion
to tax costs and assess attorneys' fees filed herein by the

Defendant, CAUSEWAY TRAILER COURT, INC., and the Court
having considered the testi.mony offered by the parties and
the Plai,nti~ff having agreed to the aaiendment - of Defendants ~
I
motion by the adding thereto of the sum of $390.50 for ~
j expe~ witness fees for attendance at trial, and Plaintiffs ;
~ having no objection to said motion as amended, and it
~
~ appearing to the Court that the sum of $100.00 is a reasonable
~
~ -
~ said hearing, and the Court having considered the testimony
~
~ and argument of counsel as to reasonable attorneys' fees and
~
~ the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon;
~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CAUSEWAY TRAILER ,
~
COURT, INC., have and~recover from the Plaintiffs, the State
;4 of Florida and St. Lucie County, the sum of $5,512.46 for ,

its costs and the further sum of $25,000.00 for its attorneys' ~
