Begin at the most southern corner of that tract designated as f
"CABANA CLUB - Block 12" on the plat of SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 17, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. (The same being =
a pofnt in the e~sterly line of South Ocean Drive); thence ~
run southeasterly along the easterly line of South Ocean Drive
(being also parallel with and 60 feet distant from the ~
northeasterly line of Lot 2, Block 28, SURFSIDE.~=UNIT TWO), a
distance of 100 feet; thence, at right angle wi~h the last line,
run northeasterly to the highwater mark of Atlantic Ocean, thence
run northwesterly along said highwater mark of Atlantic Ocean,
to a point, 100 feet distant from the last preceding boundary
line when measured at right angles thereto; said point being on -
the South line of aforesaid "Cabana Club" tract; thence south-
westerly along the Sotith line of "Cabana Club" tract to the
point of beginning.
SUBJECT to taxes for the year 1973 and subsequent years, zoning :
ordinances and all conditions, restrictions, limitations, reser- `
vations, easements of record, if any, it not being the intent of
the grantor to re-impose the same. Subject also to a mortgage
recorded in O.R. Book 193 page 1547 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
