A parcel of land situate in Government Lot 2, Section 7, Township 35
South, Range 41 East, described as follows:
A parcel of land bound on the south by the North l~ne of Government
Lot 3 of said Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 41 East; on the
. West by South Ocean Drive as the same is delineated on the plat of
SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE, on fiZe in Plat Book 10, page 17, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; on the North by a line parallel with
and 100 feet southerly, as measured at right angles, the South
boundary line of Block 12, of said SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE, as such line
extends from South Ocean Drive to the high water mark of the Atlantic
Ocean; and the East by said high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean.
SUBJECT to taxes for the year 1973 and subsequent years, zoning
ordinances and all conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations,
easements of record, if any, it not being the intent of the grantor
to re-impose the same. Subject also to a mortqage recorded in O.R.
Book 189 page 1574 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
