A triangular parcel, bounded on the North by Lot 2, Block 18, of said
SURFSIDE, UNIT TWO, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page
8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; on the East by
said South Ocean Drive; and on the South by the North line of Government
Lot 3, Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 41 East. ;
SUBJECT to taxes for the year 1973 and subsequent years, zoning '
ordinances and all conditions, restrictions, limitations, reser- .
vations, easements of record, if any, it not being the intent of
the grantor to re-impose the same. Subject also to a mortgage
recorded in O.R. Book 189 page 1574 of the Public Records of St.
