KNOW ALL" MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national bankin~ associa-
tion organized under-the laws of the United States of America, is :
now the owner and holder by assignment of the foliowing mortqages '
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts~of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage-Investors, a Massachusetts 6usirl~s~ Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
~ encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dafied October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
• by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Pubiic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City 8ank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; .
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Seven Thousand-One Hundred Ten and

7110.00 , t e receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the ~
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its ~
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

af America at Nettles Island, according to plat
of Nettles Isiand Project recorded ~n Plat Book l6,
Pages 1 through 1(j) inclusive, and Declaration of

Page 2720, as last amended in Official Record Book
192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie County, ;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said-Mortgage; provided, always,
in herein contained shail in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encun rance o e a r
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
