the "Lessor" and "Developer", WINDMILL VILLAGB BY TH$ STsA
HOMEOWNSRS ASSOCIATION NO. 1 INC., a Florida corporation not for
profit, hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee", AQUA RABELLA,
INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "owner"
and WINDMILL VILLAGE BY T~ SEA RECREATION CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC.,
a Florida corporation not for profit, hereinafter referred to as
the "Association".
