as to the amount of rent to be paid to the Lessor by "other
lessees", aad except as to the persons who may use the Recreation
Center under other leases. The units of participation in the common
expenses of the Recreation Center and of the Lessee shall be in
proportion to the number of persons who may use the Recreation
Center under other leases.
The use, occupancy and possession of the Recreation ~
Ceater by any and all of such other lessees shall be in recognition ~
! and co-extensive with the rights of this Lessee uader this lease
i aad other lessees under other leases so that the burden of this

; Lessee in keeping and performing its agreements herein made shall

3.2 Acts of Other Lessees. No default by any other ~

Lessee in the performance of any of the agreements contained therein ~

~ nor any other act of omission or commission by any other Lessee ~

k shall be construed or considered as a breach by the Lessor of any ~

~ of its agreements contained herein, or as an actual, impl:ied or
constructive eviction of the Lessee from the Recreation Center by

~ the Lessor or anyone acting by, through, under or for it; or as an

~Y excuse, ~ustification, waiver or indulgence by the Lessor to the

~ Lessee of the Lessee's prompt, full, complete and continuous per-
~ formance of its agreements contained herein.
