4. USE OF PRTMI Sl3S . i
4.1 Intention. The Lessee has entered into this
lease to make available, on a nonexclusive basis, the demised
premises for the recreation, leisure time activity, use, benefit
and en3oyment of the unit owners of Windmill Village By The Sea
Homeowners Association No. 1, Inc.
4.2, Right to Use. The Lessee shall have the right f

to use, occupy and possess the demised premises on a noa-exclusive

basis in common with such other persons, real and corporate, who
may be other lessees of the demised premises.
~ 4.3. Laws and Regulations. Use of the Recreation

~ Center shall be subject to all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules `
~ and regulations of all appropriate governmeatal authority and
~
agencies and the rules and regulations of the National Board of ~
~
e
~ Fire Uaderwriters or their successors in interest and rules es-
~
tablished by the Association. All uses s~1 likewise comply
with the requirements of all policies of insurance in force with
~
~ respect to the Recreation Center.

~ 4.4. Prohibited Uses. All uses desigaed, calcu-
~
~
~ lated, intended or likely to result in the deprivation of any
g lessee of the Recreation Center, including this Lessee, of an
~
; opportunity equal to that of any other lessee to use, occupy,
I
~ and enjoy the same except to the extent that the use, occupancy ~
t .
~ and en3oyment of one lessee may be greater than another's by
~
~w reason of the greater number of permitted users of one lessee as
~
~ compared to another.
