4.5. Persons Who May Use. The persons who may use ~

and enjoy the Recreation Center by, through or under the ~,e9see ~

shall be limited as follows: ~

(a) ~embers. Any natural person who is a
member of'Windmill Village By The Sea Homeowners Association No. 1 ?
~
Inc. (hereinafter called "members"), his spouse and other members ~
of his immediate family may use the Recreation Center. It is
initially contemplated that lessee shall have thirty (30) members.
However, lessee may extend its membership to duplex or unit owners
on lands now owned by Aqua Rabella Associates, a Florida partner-
ship or Aqua Rabella Inc., a Florida corporation and upon any
person becoming a member of lessee corporation they shall be ~

entitled to the same rights and privileges as any other member ~
and subject to the same obligations including but not limited to
the obligations to pay reat and mainteaance under paragraphs 6 and
7 hereof.
(b) Occupants. An "Occupant" is defined as any
person not included in 4.5 (a) who is lawfully in residence at,
and has possession of, the duplex which is owned by a person des-
cribed in 4.5 (a). An occupaat, his spouse aod other members of his
immediate family may use and enjoy the Recreation Center. During
the term of any occupant's right of possession in one of the
duplexes, either the member described in 4.5 (a) or the occupant ~

described in 4.5 (b) and in each case the persons herein described ~
claiming under them, may use and en3oy the Recreation Center. ~
