(d) Right of Lessee. The Lessee shall have '

right to further limit the right of inembers (Duplex owners) as - i

set forth in 4.5 (a) and persons claiming under them, and occu- ~

pants as set forth in 4.5 (b) and-persons claiming under them, to ~
use and eajoy the demised premises, in such manner as the Lessee `
shall determine.
(e) Names of Persons Who May Use. The Lessee

shall furnish to the Association the names of the persons who are ~

entitled to use the Recreation Center under this lease. t

~ 5. ASSOCIATION.

s 5.1 The Association. WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA

~ RBCREATION C$NTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for

~ profit, is the legal entity organized to provide an entity for the

~ operation of the Recreation Center. The Association shall have all
~ of the powers and duties granted to or imposed upoa it by this
~
~ lease, by its Articles of Incorporation attached hereto as Exhibit
~
~ ~ ~

5.2 Lessees are Members of Association. The Lessees

e herein and all other lessees of the Recreation Center shall auto-
~
~ matically be members of the Association upon execution of a lease
~ of the Recreation Center and shall be obligated to pay assessments
~
~ imposed by the Association for the purpose of paying the common i
;
~
~ ex enses of the Recreation Center and the expenses of operating ~
~ p
