The Lessee shall have ' l right to further limit the right of inembers (Duplex owners) as - i E , set forth in 4.5 (a) and persons claiming under them, and occu- ~ i pants as set forth in 4.5 (b) and-persons claiming under them, to ~ use and eajoy the demised premises, in such manner as the Lessee ` shall determine. (e) Names of Persons Who May Use. The Lessee i shall furnish to the Association the names of the persons who are ~ t : entitled to use the Recreation Center under this lease. t t ; ~ 5. ASSOCIATION. ~ ~ s 5.1 The Association. WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA € ~ RBCREATION C$NTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for ~ ~ profit, is the legal entity organized to provide an entity for the ~ ~ operation of the Recreation Center. The Association shall have all ~ of the powers and duties granted to or imposed upoa it by this ~ ~ lease, by its Articles of Incorporation attached hereto as Exhibit ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ , ~ 5.2 Lessees are Members of Association.
