6.3. General Provieions.
(a) All rent shall be payable in current z
legal tender of the United States of America as the same is ;
constituted by law at the time whea rent becomes due. t

places as the Lessor shall from time to time direct, in writing, ~
and until notice of change being given, all rent shall be payable ~

at the place notice is required to be given to the Lessor as set ~

(c) Txtensions or changes by the Lessor in the ~
manner of time of payment of rent shall not be coastrued as a
waiver or chaage upon any subsequent occasion. -

t (d) All rental payments shall be "net" to the
~ Lessor and the Lessor shatl not be required to pay any of the

~ expenses of the Recreation Ceater.
(e) Lessee agrees to pay any sales taxes or
~ other taxes on the reat imposed by any governmental authority.

~ EXPENSSS OF THE RECREATION CBNTEK.

~ ?.1 Sharing of Expenses. The Lessee agrees to pay
its share of the common expenses of the Recreation Ceater at the rate

~ of .125~ of the total expenses times the "units of participation"
that are members of the Lessee corporation. The first payment of
~
~
the assessment shall be prorated from the date of the commence-
~
~ ment of the term of this lease to the first day of the followiag
~ month. ~
