8.1 Lessee's Interest. The Lessee does hereby
give and grant unto the Lessor a continuing first lien paramount
and superior to all others upon any right, title and interest of the
Lessee in and to this lease and the demised premises.
_ 8.2. Lessee's Assets. The Lessee does hereby give
and grant unto the Lessor a continuing first lien paramount and
and superior to all others, including its members, upon its assets.
8.3. Duplex Units. The Lessee as agent for each
member does hereby give and grant uato the Lessor continuing liens
in the nature of individual mortgages upon each and every of the du-

plex units of its members and their appurtenances, and all fixtures ~
~ and equipment now or hereafter cont~ined or placed upon any unit,

~ including air conditioners, stoves, ranges, refrigera~tors, hot

~ water heaters and dishwashers, which liens shall be prior and ~
€ ~
~ superior to all other liens and encumbrances except institutional ~
~ first mortgages. These liens shall secure the payment of all ~
~ monies due the Lessor hereunder and ma.y be foreclosed against said
~
~ owner and his unit in a court of equity in the manner provided for
~ the foreclosure of mortgages. In any such action or other action
~

~ _ to enforce the rovisions of these lieas includin a eals the

Lessor shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees
~
~ incurred by it, abstract bills and court costs.

8.4. Foreclosure not Termination. The foreclosure

~ considered or construed as a termination or cancellation of this

~ lease or operate as an extinguishment of such liens, except such
