9. Loss of use while in Default. The lessee and its
members (including family and guests) will lose all rights and
privileges ia the demised premises as long as the rent h~erennder
is more than ten (10) days delinquent. The loss of rights and

privileges shall contiaue as long as the rent is so in delinquent,
but shall be automatically restored when the rent is brought
! current. This provision shall not be construed to relieve Lessee

! of the obligatioa to pay rent or maintenance hereunder if it

~ choses to forfeit its privileges hereunder. This is an additional
~ method of enforcement reserved to the leseor and Lessees ~ill

10. RIGRTS OF DEVELOPSR. Until the Developer shall ~
~ have completed the development, promotion and sale of all of its

property now owned or to be acquired by it within a t~r~o ule radius
