The lessee and its members (including family and guests) will lose all rights and privileges ia the demised premises as long as the rent h~erennder is more than ten (10) days delinquent. The loss of rights and # privileges shall contiaue as long as the rent is so in delinquent, but shall be automatically restored when the rent is brought ! current.
