the same usefulness, design and construction as immediately before
such taking, it being understood that no alteration or change in
the basic configuration of the improvement shall be made without
the approval of the Lessor. The said aet award shall be paid
out from time to time to the Association as such restoration and
replacement progresses upon the written request of the Association
which sha,ll be accompanied by the following:
i
(a) A certificate of the architect or
engineer in charge of the restoration, dated not more than 30 days
prior to such request, setting forth the following:
~ (1) That the sum then requested to be
; withdrawn either has been paid by the Association and/or is justly ;

` due to contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, engineers, archi-
~ tects or other persons (whose names and addresses shall be stated),
~
~ who have ma.de or participated in the making of restorations or
~ replacements, aad giving a brief description of such services and
~
~ materials and _the principal subdivisions or categories thereof and
~ the several amounts so paid and/or due to each of said persoas in
~
respect thereof, and also stating that no part of such cost, in any
~ previous or then pending application, has been or is bein made the
basis for the withdrawal of any proceeds of any such award; and
3 (2) That, except for the amounts, if any,
~ stated in said certificate to be due for services or materials,
~
~ there is no outstanding indebtedness known, after due inquiry, to

~ said architect or engineer, for the purchase price or construction
