31. INDEI~TIFICATION. The Lessee indemnifies and agrees

to save harmless the Lessor from and against any and all claims, ~
debts, demands or obligations which may be made against the Lessor ~
or against the Lessor's title in the demised premises arising by
reasoa of or in connection with the making of this lease, the

ownership by the Lessee of its interests in this lease and in and :

to the demised premises, aad the Lessee's use, occupancy and

~ possession of the demised premises, and if it becomes necessary

; for the Lessor to defend any actions seeking to imposing any such

; liability, the Lessee will pay to the Lessor all costs and reason-
~ able attorneys' fees incurred by th~Le_ or in effecting such
~ defense in addition to any other sums which the Lessor may be

~ Lessor in the litigation in which such claim is asserted. t

~ 32. MECHANICS' LIENS. All persons are put upoa notice
~ of the fact that neither the Lessee nor the Association shall

~ ever, under any circumstances, have the power to subject the

interest of the Lessor ~in the premises to any mechanics' or material-
men's lien of any kind, and all persons dealing with the Lessee or

Association are hereby put upon notice that they must look wholly
