lien of any kind and if such be claimed or filed, it shall be
the duty of the Lessee within thirty days after the claim
shall 6ave been filed amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, or within thirty days after the Lessor shall
have been given notice of such claim and shall have transmitted ~
notice of the receipt of such uato the Lessee (whichever thirty
day period expires first), to cause the demised premises to be
released from such claim either by paymeat or posting of boad
or the payment into court of the amount necessary to relieve and

; release the demised premises from such claim or in any other

; manaer in which, as a matter of law will result, within said thirty

~ day period, in the releasing of_the Lessor's interests in the

~ demised premises from such claim or lien; and the Lessee covenants
and agrees within said period of thirty days to so cause the pre-
~
~ mises and the Lessor's iaterest therein to be relieved from the
~ legal effect of such claim or lien.

~ 33. ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. The Lessee shall pay to
~ the Lessor all costs of court, arbitration hereuader, and reason-
~
= rneys ees, inc u ing ees in connection with procedures
~ in the nature of appeal, incurred or expended by the Lessor in
~
~ enforcing the terms of this lease. The amount of such costs and

~ fees may, at the option of the Lessor, be collected just as though
~ i
~ the said amount were rent then maturing and becoming due thereunder. ~
