The Lessor, Lessee, Association and Developer ~ t shall have the right to appoint and designate an agent for the ~ purpose of performing their respective promises and covenants herein, provided the party so appointing aa agent shall give notice thereof to the other. Such aotice shall set forth the name and address of such agent and shall set forth limitations, if any, ~ upon the agent's authority. The party so receiviag such notice ~ ~ shall be entitl~d to rely upon the fact that such agent has all ~ ~ authority to act for and in behalf of his principal except as specifically limited by such notice of appoiatment. A party_deal- ing with such agent shall not be required to inquire as to ~he authority of the ageat to act in any matter not specifically pro- hibited in the notice of appointment as to the continuation of ~ ~ such agency, or as to whether such agent has or is acting in accordance with his agreement of agency with such party. In the event notices are required to be furnished to a party by reason of the provisions of this lease the same may be mailed and addressed to the agent and/or the party who is its principal.
