1. Identity. These are the Bylaws of ~~INDMILL VILLAGE
BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC, a corporation not
for profit under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter re- ~
ferred to as the Association. The Association has been organized ~
for the purpose of providinq an entitv for the operation of i

WINDiNILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER, located in St. Lucie
i County, Florida:
j 1.I. The office cf the Association shall be at

~ WINDNILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTEP, Route 1, 3ensen Beach,

~ Florida 33457. -

~ 1.2. The fiscal year of the Association shall be the

~ calendar year. ~
~ 1.3. The seal of the corporation shall bear the name
~ of the corporation, the word "Florida", the words "Corporation not
for profit" and the year of incorporation.

~ 2. Members' meetings.

` 2.1. The annual members' meetinq shall be held at the

~ office of the corporation at two o'clock, P.M., Eastern Standard
