4. ~Powers and duties of the Board of Directors. All oi

the powers and duties of the Association existinq under the Artic~e~
of Incorporation and these Bylaws shall be exarcised exclusively by
the board of directors, its agents, contractors or employees, sub~~ct
only to approval by members when such is specifically require6.
5. Officers. '
5.1. The executive officers of the Association sna~i
