That Grantors, for the considerations hereinafter

set out, have this day bargained and sold and do hereby
transfer and convey unto Grantees, and their heirs and ''~a;,`'

in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and ~

State of Florida, to wit:
Our remaining one-half interest in
Lot 8, Block 5, South Port St. Lucie,
Unit 1, a Subdivision according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12,
Pages 1 and 2 of public record in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and also being
known as 2837 Wilt~hire Terrace, Port
St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is the same vroperty conveyed
to Grantors herein by General Development
Corporation by deed dated 12 February
1968 of record in Deed Book 170, Page
2245, in the official records of St. •
Lucie County, Florida, the Grantors here-
in having previously conveyed a one-half
interest in the above described realty
to Robert R. Batson and wife, Jean M.
Batson, and Grantors do, by this conveyance,
convey their remaining one-half interest
in and to the above described realty ta
the Grantees herein. ~
That Grantors (1) covenant that they are lawfully
seized and possessed of and have a perfect right-to convey
such realty, and it is unencumbered except for (a) 1973
taxes which are prorated between the parties and Grantees
