Dickers~n, ~o secure a n~te to J. T, Stewart Martgage Compan~~, Inc., in the original principal amount of $14,700.00, which Grantors covenant is in a current condition , and of - which Grantees have full knowledge, and (2) will forever warrant and defend the title unto Grantees and to their heirs and assigns against all lawful claims; That the considerations for this deed are (1) a valuable consideration, receipt whereof is acknowledged, and (2) Grantees' assumption and agreement to pay one- half of the balance due on said note to J. T. Stewart ~ Mortgage Company, Inc., commencing with payment due 1 August 1973, including interest therein, and Grantees join herein to agree to pay said note and to become bound ; and personally liable for compliance with all of the provi- ~ f sions of said deed of trust; ! _ R ! ~ ~ k " That in the event Grantees default in any monthly ~ payment to J.
