may designate in writing, together with interest from date at the rate of $
per annum on the unpaid balance until maturity . The said principal and interest
shall be due and payable as follows:

Right of prepayment in full at any time without penalty, or in part at any time
subaequent to January 1, 1974, is expressly reserved.
There shall be no personal liability on the part of the makers iri connection with
this note and the mortgage which secures it, and the holders hereof agree to look
solely :o the land encumbered by the purchase money mortgage executed simul-
taneously herewith by the makers for their security.
If default be made for -30- days in the payment of any installment of principal
or interest or any part thereof, the whoie sum then remaining unpaid with interest
shall at holder's option become due and payable without notice . Failure to exercise
such option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same in the
event of subsequent default. After maturity both principat and accrued interest
