This cause came on for hearing upon the sworn Petition '

of Barbara Jean McGuire for a final judgment changing her name
to Barbara Jean White, and it appearing to the Court that the
~ Petitioner is a bona fide resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the
Petitioner, and the Court being advised in the premises,
It is, therefore,.ORDERED that the Petition be and the -
same is hereby granted and that the name of BARBAR.A JEAN McGUIRE
be and the same is hereby changed to BARBARA JEAN WHITE, by which
name the Petitioner shall forever hereafter be known. .
