west I/4 of said Section 30 a distance of 122.95 feet to the Eas-

Northerly along the Eastern boundary line of said Florida East

At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations inuring
to the undersigned from SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, do hereby
subordinate the lien and operation of said mortgage to the lien
