AGREENiENT FOR DEED
ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, made this llth day of September A.D. 1973
between Hazel J. Harris, an unremarried widow,
party of the first part and Gene W. Moon
and Sharon K. Moon, his wife, parties of .

WITNESSETH that if the parties of the second part shall first make ;
the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on
their part to be made and performed, the said party of the first part, ~
hereby covenant~ and agreesto convey and assure to the saiu parties ~

of the second part, their heirs, executors, adminstrators or assigns,
in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever by good and sufficient ~

deed to the following described property, to-wit: ;

and said parties of the second part hereby covenant
and agree to pay to the party of the first part, her heirs and assigns z

; at her office in Fort Pierce, the sum of $18,000.00 in the following 4

~ (1) $1,000.00 on the signing of this instrument, receipt of which
~ is hereby acknowledged. ~ ~ -

; (2) $150.00 per month interest and principal payment starting on the ~

~ lst.day of October A.D. 1973 and on the lst day of each and _
~ every subsequent month thereafter until the original installment
~ ~ balance of $17,000.00 is paid in full. The aforesaid interest

~ to be calculated on the unpaid balance due at the rate of 8.4~

~ ~ per annum. Each installment shall first be applied in payment

~ and fire insurance which has been paid by the party of the first

~ part to protect her interest. .
