For value received, 1, we, ar either o~ us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
HARRIS CONSTRUCTtON CORPORATtON, at their offic,e in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of ~
with interest from date at the rate of 8•~ % per annum, in monthly installments as follows:

day of each like succeeding monih ihereafter for a period of months, at which time the entire unpaid
balance becomes due and payable on demand. '
A late payment charge of shall be added ta each payment remaining unpaid 7 days after its
due date and a like sum shall be added to each such installment remaining unpaid 7 days after each succeed•
ing payment date.
Each installment first shall be applied in the pa~ment of the interest and then on the unpaid balan~,e
of the priRCipal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of
the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining inssallments shall be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each makec, surety and endorser hereof, joint(y and . severat(y, waives demand, presentment, profest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension ot time of payment, either before
or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and _
exemption under the Constitution and faws of each State of the Un~~~es, as againsi this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof. _
