Beginning 98 feet South and 775 feet East of the Northwest corner of
said Section 31; run ~thence East 278.84 feet; thence run South 210
feet; thence run West 278.84 feet; thence run North 210 feet to
Point of Beginning; said land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida; together with the improvements thereon, and all -
furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions theretn.

Together with aH and singular the tenements, hereditamenta and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also a!1 buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time heresfter
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all 3
plumbiag apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins. electric heating and Gghting '
plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevetors. ~ _
including passenger and other etevators, venetian blinds. refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter ;
iocated in the building upon said land, and al! otber machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter piaced on said
preinises, either in renewal or replacement of fistures, machinery. appliences and appurtenences otiginally installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the -
above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shaU be ~
free from any encumbrances, retention of title ot other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a
first lien thereon.
