That in the event that at the beginning of or a1 any time pending any su~t upon this Mortgage, or to foreclose it, o~ to reform it, or to enforte payment of any tlaims hereunder, said MORTGAGEE shall appty to the Court having jur.sd~ctlon thereof for the appo~ntmeM of a Receiver, such Court shall forthwith appo~nt a receiver of said mortgaged prope~ty all and singular, includ~ng all and singutar the income, prof~ts, issues and revenues Irom whate~er seurce derived, each and every of wh~ch, it being expressty undersrood, is hereby mortgaged as if speci(icat:y set forth and destribed in the granting and habendum clauses hereof, and such Rece~ver shall have all the b[oad and effedive funct~ons and powers in anywise entrusted by a Cou~t to a Receiver, and s~ch appointment shail be made by such Court as an ad,nitted equity and a matter of absolute right to sa~d MORTGAGEE, a~d w~tFwut reference to the e~:equacy a inadequaty of the va~ue of the property mwtgaged or to the soWenty w insolvency of said MORTGAGOR or the defendants, and that such rents, profits, income, issues and revenues shall be applied by such Receiver accord~ng to the lien or equity of said MORTGAGEE and the practice of such Court. ~ 8. To duly, promptly and fulty perfo~m, discharge, execute, effect, complefe, cnmply with and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreemenfs, condiYwns and coveoants in sa~d promissory note and thes mortgage set forth_ 9.`That in the event the ownership of the mortgaged premises, or any part thereof, becomes vested in a person otF~er than the MORTGAGOR, the MORTGAGEE, its suctesso~s and 'ass~gns, may, without notice to the MORTGAOR, deal with such successw w successw in interes~ with reference to this rnorrgage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with Mo~tgagor without in any way viuating or discharging the Mortgagors' liability he~e ~nder or upon the debt hereby sec~red.
