WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCfION CORPORATION, mortgagor, by Indenture of Mortgage
bearing date the 30th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records
Book 203, Page 1332, u~ortgaged unto FIRST WISCONSII~1 NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEB and as-
signs, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of
the sum of 1Vo Million 1~ao tiundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00) vith interest as

assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment
of the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand 1t+o Hundred Dollars ($180,200.00) With inter-
est as thereia mentioned:
AND WHERFAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION has requested the said
FIRST WISCONSIld ~IATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgages:
NOW THEREFORE: KNf~i YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MII~AUKEE ~
in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) ~
and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
Zedged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and op-
eration of said mortgage unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs
and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises con-
veyed by said mortgages, to-wit: ~

to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 197,
page 1482, of the Public Reocrds of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended
by instniment recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996, of the Public
Recoxds of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further amended by instrument re-
corded in Official Records Book 211, page 6, of the Public Records of St,
Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, together
with an undivided interest in the com~on elements and limited co~non elements
thereof.
TO NAL'E A:JD TO AOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said FORT PIERCE
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged
; of and from the lien of said ~ortgages, and every part thereof; Provided always, never-
; theless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter of diminish the
effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said
~ mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies {
