these presents does make, constitute and appoint JOS. D. FARISH, JR. , true
and law ful attorney for him and in his name, place and stead, giving and
granting unto JOS. D. FARISH, JR. full power and authority to execute three ' '
(3) certain promissory notes jointly with Joseph D. Fairish, Jr.~ in the sum of
Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty ($3, 750. 00) Dollars, Three Thousand
Seven Hundred Fifty ($3, ?50. 00) Dollars, and Eighty-Seven Thousand Five
Hundred ($87, 500. 00) Dollars, respectively, dated September 12, 1973,
payable to the order of Walter Piiot and Kathryn Pilot, his wife, and to
simultaneously execute a certain Mortgage Deed jointly with Joseph D. Farish,
Jrt securing said promissory notes totallying the sum of Ninety-Five
Thousand ($95, 000. 00) Dollars, and encumbering the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 250 feet of the South 1500 feet of Fractional
Section 32, Township 35 South, Range 41 East.
TOGETHER with all riparian and littoral rights
appertaining thereto.
Further, the undersigned, RAY C. OSBORNE, does ratify and affirm any -
and aIl actions of said JOS. D. FARISH, JR. as provided in this Powex of
Attorney.
