The followinq described parcels of land lying in LAWNWOOD
ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 16 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
All of Blocks 25 and 30; the South~l/2 of Blocks 31
and 32; all of Blocks 53, 44, 45, 46, 47, 54, 55, 68, 69,
71, 73 (less the West 25 feet), 74, 75, 76 (less the
extension of South 19th Street in a northerly direction, a
width of 50 feet from 81ock 90 through Block 76 to ~
Soltman Avenue), B~ocks 78, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93 (less
West 25 feet), 94, (less West 25 feet), 95, and 97,
EXCEPTING from said Blocks 89, 90, 94, 95 and 97 that
part that lies South of the following described line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 16, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, run North on the Section line,
1378.79 feet to a bolt on the center line of Rhode Island
Avenue; thence continue North on said Section line, 463.17
feet to a railroad spike and the Point of Beqinning of

4148.68 feet to a concrete monument on the West line of

East 30 feet to the West right-of-way of South 13th
Street; thence continue South 89°28'42" East a distance
of 25 feet to a boat spike on the East Quarter-Quarter
section line and the point of ending of the dividing line;
