WITNESSETN, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also i~ consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named i~ the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor dces g~ant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described

~ TOGETHER with all stiuctures and improvemeMs now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
~ thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
- w;thin the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Alw all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
_ cooki.ng, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures s
~ and appurtenances, which now or may hereaher pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
may be detached or deiachable.

IT IS 111UTUAlLY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and between the parties hereto thas upon ~equest of the Morr-
~ gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at ~ts opt~on, at anyt~me within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore full paymenr of th~s mort~age and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with ~nterest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
;s ~npa~d, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by th~s mo~tgage may decrease or increase from time
- fo time, but the toral unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of
