~ THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this Z~ T day
of ~~EPTEMIILIG . 1973, by and between MARIE PUTNAM, joined
by her husband GEORGE~PUTNAM, Post Office Box 1120, Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereafter referred to as Vendors, and KENNETH ;
P. BRYANT and ~RESA M. BRYANT, his wife, Post Office Box

2077, Ft. Pierce, Florida, hereafter referred to as Purchasers,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and
covenants contained in this Agreement and other valuable
considerations passing between the parties to it, the
Vendors agree to sell and the Purchasers'agree to buy the
following-described property situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 9 and the West 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 12,
SURFSIDE UNIT 2, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 11 at page 8 of the public re- _
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the
sum of Thirty One Thousand Dollars ($31,000.00) payable at
the times, and in the manner following:
; Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) paid on or before
