TOGETHER WITH all other asbestos pipea, plastic
pipes, steel pipes (pump connections), steel
pipes (sprinkler risers), sprinklers, regulators,
concrete anchors, plastic fi~tings, qate valves,
control valves, pumpinq units, auQape and miscel-
laneous fittinqs and qauges.
TOGETHER WITH all crops now growing or hereafter
qrown on the real property described below, in-
cludinq without limitation, citrua crops; provided, ,
however, that the eecurity intereat in said crops
shall be and is hereby made expressly subject and
subordinate to any security interest encumberinq
crops which come into existence prior to foreclosure ~
sale as provided by this Security Aqreement. Any
such crop security interest ehall aot however, be
a aecurity interest prior to the security interest
created by this Security Agreement on any crop
coming into existence subsequent to said fore-
closure aale. "Come into existence" and "coming
into existence" shall, for the purpose of this
Security Agreement, mean.bloom in the case of
crops from perennial plantings and orchards, and
sha21 mean plantinq in the case of crops from
annual or more frequent plantings. Nothing here-
in contained, however, shall operate to subordinate
the lien of this Security Agreement as affecting
. trees or other perennial plants but shall so
operate as to the crops harvested therefrom.
