IN AND FOR ST . LUCIE COUNTY, F10RIDA, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY that in the Tax Deed as recorded in Official Record
Book 172 page 587, the listing of-the name of the buyer
as it first appears as HOWARD L. PUFFER and JANE, his
wife is correct.
However, the name of the buyer as it appears in
the body-of the deed shows HAROLD L. PUFFER and JANE,
his wife which is incorrect .
Land described as: Lots 16 and 17 Block 285
Port-St. Lucie Section One as recorded in Plat Book 11
page 53, is the property purchased by HOWARD L. PUFFER
and JANE, his wife by a Tax Deed on June 4, 1968.
