T'his cause came on for trial the 27th day of September, ~

1973 and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~
evidence, finds and determines: This.Court has jurisdiction of ~
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of ~

husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ~

marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
dissolved. It is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND.ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIA~GE. The marri.age between ~

RORY HANNA and VONA HANNA be and the same is hereby dissolved, ;
~ ~
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from ~

the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ;
~
~ the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Donna Jean 13anna, minor child

; of the parties, is hereby awarded to VONA HANNA with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to RORY HANNA. ~

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 28th day of September, ~
~ ~
~ 1973, RORY HALJNA shall pay to VONA HANNA the sum of $25.00 ~
~
~ s
~ each and every week, for the support of the child namedabove. ~
~ ~
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~

remitted promptly to VONA HANNA. In addition there is hereby
- assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each ~

~ payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash,
