4. TEMPORARY R$LIEF. The Court takes notice from the
~
evidence that the Order for Temporary Relief entered June 28, ~
~
1973 in this cause has not been complied with by.the husband,
- ~
RORY HANNA. It is therefore ordered and adjudged that the ~

husband, RORY HANNA is ordered to immediately comply with the ~
~
terms of the Order for Temporary Relief. ~
~ 5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of ~
~
$300.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services
herein and RORY HANNA is ordered to pay said attorney said sum
together with costs herein assessed at $38.10. ~
~
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ;
~
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders ~

as may be proper. ~
