the mortgage, and indebtedness secured by same of each of the mortgaqes
listed below, recorded in Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more fully described as follows: '
Mortgage executed by Geraldine H. Rice and Mary C. Charpentier, dated June23,
1973, recorded in OR8 218, page 1524, under Clerk's file #2b3418 (Lot 802);
Mortgage executed by Harold E. Roy and Lorna J. Roy, dated May 30, 1973,
recorded in ORB 218, page 1532, under Clerk's file #263424 (Lot 804).
