The Division of Family Services having filed with the ~

Court a supplementary statement concerning custody of the minor '
children of the parties hereto and recommending the custody of
the two children be returned to the father, and the Court being
fully advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED that custody of Dewayne Allen Potter and Ben
Jason Potter, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to the father, Roger Lee Potter with reasonable visitation
,
rights reserved to the mother, Barbara Potter and the mother
is hereby ordered and directed to deliver over said minors into
the custody of the father immediately and it is further
ORDERED the Divisior~ of Family Services is requested to
continue contact with the minar childre~ and to assume full ~
