of the County of St. Lueie , State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, and assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the panies, o~ involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine and the natural and/or artificiat pe~sons, whenever and
wherever the context so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COAAMUNITY FEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN
AS.SOCIATION OF RIVtERA BEACH, a corporation existi~g under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mo?tgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part. -
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consideratio~s, and also in consideration of the aggregate

~ TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
= within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof_ Alsa all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
= cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
~ a~d appurtenances, which now or may hereaher pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
~ may be detached or detachable.
:F: IT IS ~AUTUALLY COVENANTED AN~J AGREEO by and between the part~es hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore full payment of th~s mortgage and noies secured hereby, make f~rther advances to the Mortgagor and any such
= further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this morrgage and shatl be evidenced by an add~tional note then
- unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by th~s mortgage may decrease or increase from time
_ to time, but the total unpa~d balance so secured at any or~e time shall not exceed rhe maximum principal sum of
