made by Miller Hallowes, Civil Engineer, as re-
corded in Plat Book 1 at page 41 of the public

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared HENRIK ROBINSON who, after first being duly sworn,
did depose and says
1. That he resides at 5903 Citrus Avenue, in White
City, Florida.
2. That he was personally acquainted with W. R.
Hardee, a/k/a William R. Hardee, of White City, St. Lucie
County, Florida, who died on or about June 18, 1927.
3. Of his own personal knowledge he knows that the
above-referenced property was never the homestead of the
said W. R. Hardee, who prior to his death resided on
